TrackScan-Sharp, which includes a portable 3D scanner i-Scanner and an optical i-Tracker, is Scantech's optical 3D measurement system for large-scale components. It takes optical measurement to the next level, offering a tracking distance of up to 6 meters, a volumetric range of 49 m3, and volumetric accuracy of up to 0.049 mm (10.4 m).
With its on-board i-Tracker processor for Edge Computing, 25-megapixel industrial cameras, and cutting-edge technology, the TrackScan-Sharp is ideal for measuring big components or several parts at once without the need to constantly relocate trackers.
It supports wired and wireless data transfer for a variety of industrial applications, making scanning even easier. It can also inspect holes and slots with an additional light module. TrackScan-Sharp is suitable for precise and consistent measurements that aid in product development, quality control, and other applications.
Expandable applications can be made possible by combining it with other modules. It can perform accurate contact measurements for edges, circles, and grooves using a tracking i-Probe.
